The Queensland off premise wine market has recorded retail sales growth of 2.8 percent over the year ending October 2006. This equates to an additional $15 million dollars in retail sales off a $548 million base for the period.

SPARKLING, WHITE, AND FORTIFIED WINES are experiencing growth – sparkling being the key driver of the three. Red wine is in decline.
